We are now approaching our 13^th year and continue to support individual schools, groups of schools and MATs across the Northwest and the UK, with a high quality programme of relevant and up to date services that give excellent value for money. Our offer of services include:

Leadership Partner Support (1:1 support in school) as little or as often as your school requires.

Headteacher Performance Management

Reviews of school effectiveness (as well as reviews of any aspect of school).

Coaching for leaders and staff at all levels

High quality CPD in the form of Inset Days, Staff Meetings and individual training courses.
