Profile

Before becoming an educational consultant, Phill gained extensive senior management experience as the headteacher of a mainstream secondary school. He has worked in both local authority and free schools. Prior to becoming a headteacher he worked as a head of mathematics and as a senior leader specialising in curriculum, progress & outcomes.

Phill has an in depth and up to date knowledge of the school inspection process. He uses this to support school improvement and help bring about better academic and wider developmental outcomes for pupils.
