Karen Morris
Karen is a very experienced primary Headteacher. She has led schools in areas of significant disadvantage and supported schools in different contexts. As well as being a serving Headteacher in Warrington, Karen also works as an associate school adviser for the Local Authority, and has recently joined ECM Education supporting school improvement, Headteacher appraisal and training.

Karen leads a school within a local Multi-Academy Trust, working as a Headteacher since 2004, and as an Academy Head since 2018. Her current school has a high proportion of Pupil Premium, a high proportion of children with EAL (specifically new to English and a large number of different language), and a high number of children with additional learning needs. She has a thorough understanding of the deep dive methodology and the expectations of the current Ofsted framework.Karen's areas of strength include:
