Profile
As Headteacher in three large and popular schools Tim has led both maintained schools and academies, consistently receiving highly successful Ofsted judgements. Between headships Tim worked in Cheshire for five years as a Senior School Improvement Advisor with a particular responsibility for supporting schools to improve rapidly to ‘Good’ from inadequate Ofsted judgements. More recently Tim played a key role in working with like-minded Headteachers to create and establish a well-regarded Multi Academy Trust.Particular areas of strength:
Tim is a hugely experienced school improvement consultant and Headteacher. He has particular skills in Ofsted preparation and knowledge of the School Improvement Handbook, he is vastly experienced in monitoring and evaluation systems and developing leaders in schools.
