She has a wide variety of leadership experience in different roles within 11-18 secondary schools across the North West and has previously worked as senior secondary advisor for a high performing Local Authority. She has considerable experience working across a range of schools, including those causing concern, providing and co-ordinating high quality support packages to bring about school improvement.
Her subject specialism is in Modern Foreign Languages and her strengths lie-in developing and quality assuring teaching, learning and assessment across the curriculum, ECT development and Middle and Senior Leadership support, coaching and development.
She has extensive school evaluation experience.
