Jim Garbutt
Jim has worked in Education for 43 years and in that time has held posts in Secondary schools up to Head Teacher. In LA’s up to Head of Education 0 to 18 (Head of School Improvement) and also Head and Executive Headteacher in Large primary schools (700 pupils). He has also in the past worked as a SIP and Ofsted Inspector.

Jim is also a statistician by qualification and has led across regions and nationally on the use of data and supported the development of value added and contextual value added analysis. Jim has supported numerous schools to improve and also supported Local Authorities. Consequently, Jim has particular strengths in
