Whilst undertaking this role, Jayne was also a GCSE Speaking and Listening moderator for Eduqas and operated as a coach in the Achievement for All initiative working strategically with school leadership teams to ensure that they maximise the potential of their SEND pupils.
Jayne is a Specialist Leader in Education and a qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Instructor with an Ofqual regulated provider. Jayne’s passion is people! She offers professional and bespoke challenge and support whilst working sensitively and discretely alongside colleagues. Training and Coaching is at the heart of what Jayne does; supporting colleagues to be the best they can be.
Particular areas of strength:
Jayne has strengths in training and coaching staff at all levels, also in the development of staff to fulfil their potential. She has mental Health and well-being skills and qualifications as well as specific skill in the development of English.
