Profile

Hayley successfully completed her NQT year in a Stoke school and then moved to Cheshire where she has taught for 12 years, teaching in every year group! In the Ofsted report dated September 2013, school was graded outstanding in all areas, having progressed from being a school in special measures.

Hayley moved to her current school in January 2015 and she teaches in Key Stage 1. Currently, Hayley teaches in Year 2 and has experience with SATs and moderation both internally and externally. Over the last 12 months Hayley has delivered courses for ECM which have received positive feedback and allowed her to enhance her own professional development.

Within Hayley's current role, she is also the Phonics lead, English co-ordinator, Mentor, EVC and responsible for KS1 assessment. Hayley has completed her NPQSL and is currently a lead moderator for the local authority working closely with other schools.

Hayley prides herself on being a very organised teacher with good time management skills. She is passionate about trying her best for the children and strives to ensure that all children reach their full potential.
